VolID Terms of Use
Effective from 1 January 2027.
VolID is a digital business card and a marketing points programme (Vols). The service is provided by VolID Sp. z o.o., Prosta 51, 00-838 Warszawa, lv@volid.io.
1. Registration
•You can register from the age of 14. Under 16, a parent or guardian must consent. Under 18, paid plans can only be purchased with the consent of a parent or guardian.
•Provide true information and do not share your access with anyone.
•After registration we send an email to your address. You must confirm the registration via the link in that email within 10 calendar days. Unconfirmed registrations are deleted.
•If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact support at lv@volid.io.
•Your page address (handle) cannot be changed. A new address means a new Vault.
•All you need is a browser and an internet connection. No app is required.
2. Plans and payment
•The basic Identity plan is free and works as long as your Vault is active (section 6).
•Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically. We remind you by email 7 days before a yearly renewal.
•You can cancel a subscription in your Vault at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
•After the paid period ends, data in paid modules stays visible for one more month. It is then hidden and editing is locked. The data is deleted 3 months after the end of the period.
•Payments are processed by Stripe and Przelewy24. We do not store card details.
•Consumers may withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of payment. If you asked for the plan to start immediately, we refund the payment minus the days the plan was active.
3. Vols points
•Vols are marketing points, not money. You earn them for purchases from network partners and for invitations via your referral link. The earning rules are shown in your Vault.
•We announce material changes to the earning rules 14 days in advance in your Vault and by email. Vols already earned are never reduced retroactively.
4. Contact exchange
•You decide which data to share. The other person sees only that.
•Your digital card is open to those you show it to. VolID does not control how this data is used outside the service. Whoever uses it is responsible for that use and must comply with the GDPR and the rules on commercial communications.
•Within VolID it is forbidden to send commercial offers without the recipient’s consent, bulk-export contacts for advertising, create fake Vaults or inflate invitations.
•Invite only people who gave you their contact themselves.
5. Deleting your Vault
You can delete your Vault at any time. The page of a deleted Vault no longer opens from a link or a card and disappears from recipients’ VolID contact lists. Unused Vols expire.
6. Inactive Vault
Activity means any action related to the Vault: logging in, opening the VolID page via a link or card, earning or spending Vols.
•12 months without activity: the Vault becomes passive. The owner can still log in, other users cannot see the page. Any activity restores the normal status.
•18 months: Vols are moved to a common pool and held there until claimed. They can be recovered on request at lv@volid.io as long as the Vault has not been deleted.
•24 months: the Vault is deleted together with its data. The handle is released and may be taken by a new user.
If a saved link or card opens someone else’s page, the previous owner of that handle has deleted their Vault. Please update or delete that contact on your side.
7. Violations
If these terms are violated, we may block the Vault and cancel Vols obtained in breach of the rules.
8. Liability
Partners are responsible for their own goods and services. We work to keep the service running without interruptions and announce planned maintenance in advance.
9. Complaints and
changes
Send complaints to lv@volid.io. We reply within 14 days. We announce changes to these terms 14 days in advance in your Vault and by email. Polish law applies, without limiting your consumer rights. These terms are published in Russian, Polish, English and German. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
